It's not the years, it's the mileage. Being a Rogue Archaeologist has enhanced your roguish powers. These are helpful for getting out of sticky situations and avoiding traps.

5 Skill archaeology1 64.png Ancient Kronian Ritual Nimbleness +1

Trap Affinity +1

Spell: Ancient Kronian Ritual Recharges an Anvil of Krong. The sad thing is, the Ancient Kronian Ritual mainly consists of sitting around the Anvil moping, drinking beer and complaining about why you can't get any Ancient Kronian Women.

[edit] Granted Abilities

Name Cooldown Effect
It Belongs In A Museum Cooldown 72 Sacrifices an artifact and generates XP proportional to its value. The amount of XP generally seems to be between 60 and 240 for low-level throwaway artifacts, but the precise calculation is unknown. If you sacrifice an artifact that has a high base value, it can provide commensurately higher amounts of XP. Awards over 3000 are possible if the base item of the artifact is quite valuable in addition to having large bonus stats (artifacts from a Chest of Evil at dungeon level 8 or later in the game can do this).
It's worth noting that the XP gain is actually capped at the minimum necessary to level (incidentally, this is true of all XP gains - you can't gain more XP than you need to level, you will always start your new level with 0 XP). So be wary of using this ability when you are close to leveling: if you only need 60 more XP and you sacrifice an artifact worth 240, you just wasted 180 XP!
An item cursed by Krong will often provide no XP gain at all.
Remember Your Charlemagne Cooldown 50 Targets a 3Multi.png3 square, attempting to confuse enemies and do Blasting Damage ( 3 + Sagacity ).
This Translation is All Wrong! Cooldown 80 Randomizes the bonuses on an artifact. Each time it's used, the artifact is returned with one less bonus than it originally had, and after some point, it becomes "lost in its own museum" (i.e. cannot be randomized any further with this ability.)
Ancient Kronian Ritual Cooldown 128 Renders a used Anvil of Krong usable again. Only works once on any given used anvil.
