From Dungeons of Dredmor Wiki

The dungeon is ten levels deep in the Vanilla version and the final boss is Lord Dredmor. With the Realm of the Diggle Gods DLC the dungeon is expanded to 15 levels. These final five levels are the only levels upon which Diggle God Statues may be found.
