"You are a fleshsmith! You can heal the wounds of your body, rend the flesh of your enemies and possibly summon deli meats from the Elemental Plane of Cold Cuts."
Fleshsmithing starts the player with 3 
Offal (See: Starting Equipment).

Additionally summons a 33 tiles sized cloud of toxic gas, lasting 24 turns and damaging everything stepping onto an affected tile for 3  3.
