Fungal Arts starts the player with 6 random Mushrooms (3 stacks of 3, 2 and 1 respectively) (See: Starting Equipment).

All passive mushroom planting skills are calculated separately. Maxing out the skill tree may result in a total of 6 shrooms per kill.

1		Mushroom Farmer	+1	Passive: Sporification	You collect molds, spores, and fungus. You like to grow mushrooms on the bodies of your enemies. Sometimes this comes in handy; usually it's just weird. Spores have a chance to be automatically planted when you defeat an enemy.
2		Slime-herder	+1	Summon Slime Passive: Fungling	By studying the lore of the Slime-herders from the Mushroom Jungles of Smome, you gain the ability to summon a fiercly loyal mushroom-beast. You can also plant a greater variety of fungi.
3		Moldsmith	+1	Mushroom Transmutation Passive: Sporification	You can transform a mushroom into another random mushroom, if such a trick tickles your fancy. You can also grow a greater number of mushrooms at the same time.
4		Battle Mycology	+1	Passive: Mini Toxic Spore Cloud Passive:Fungling	With increased knowledge of mushrooms, you enhance your melee attacks with occasional clouds of confusing, toxic spores. You will also grow even more mushrooms, like some kind of mycological cornucopia.
5		Fungal Master of Yuggoth	+1	Summon Mushroom Beast Passive: Fungal Bloom	As the Mi-go once did (and shall again), you can summon living weapons of fungus to serve your will. You might also cause mushrooms to burst from the corpses of your fallen enemies.

Sporification	-	16 % chance on kill to plant spores on an enemy corpse. May grow Night Cap, Grunge Ear, Fairywodger, Inky Hoglantern, Mud Wen, The Prince or Lobstermane Fungus. Second Sporification can proc with a chance of 10 %.
Summon Slime	60	Summons a Summoned Slime at mouse cursor or - if blocked by a monster - some tiles displaced and generates a Toxic Spore Cloud. Will unsummon any other pets the player has created.
Fungling	-	14 % chance on kill to plant spores on an enemy corpse. May grow Plumber's Agaric, Azure Mob-Bonnet, Fell Truffle, Greedy Blungecap or Odious Puffball. Second Fungling can proc with a chance of 9 %.
Mushroom Transmutation	24	Converts a targeted stash of mushrooms into another, random type of mushrooms of equal amount.
Mini Toxic Spore Cloud	-	15 % chance on hit to proc Mini Toxic Spore Cloud on the ground.
Summon Mushroom Beast	90	Summons a Summoned Mushroom Beast at mouse cursor or - if blocked by a monster - some tiles displaced and generates a Toxic Spore Cloud. Will unsummon any other pets the player has created.
Fungal Bloom	-	5 % chance on kill to instantly spawn shrooms grown through Sporification on the enemy's corpse. Also additional 5 % chance on kill to instantly spawn shrooms grown through Fungling on the enemy's corpse.

The first half of the skill description is a reference to a line in the movie Ghostbusters wherein Egon Spangler states that he collects molds, spores and fungus after being asked if he has any hobbies
The Fungal Master of Yuggoth skill is a reference to various H.P. Lovecraft stories, in which Yuggoth was a planet inhabited by cognizant race of extraterrestrial (and interstellar) quasi-fungus known as the Mi-go.
