Extra-planar Concentration Cooldown 63 Gives a buff which applies the following effects: Mana Points +10, Mana Regeneration Bonus +15, Visual Sight Radius -2, Dodge Chance -50, Block Chance -50, Counter Chance -50. Lasts 9 turns. Additionally replenishes Mana Points 3 every turn for 9 turns.
